Known Windows Vista Compatibility Issues

The installer that RefViz uses is not Vista-aware, so when you first try to run it you may see an error that reads, "The Installer cannot run on your configuration. It will now quit." If you see this error, click OK. Shortly thereafter a window labeled "Program Compatibility Assistant" should pop up. Click on "Reinstall using recommended settings", and this time the installer should proceed without trouble.
